Leasify 2024: Now we’re financing our own growth

Leasify reports first profit – a major milestone for the company. For the first time in the company’s history, Leasify reports a positive financial result. Backed by a strong SaaS model, a growing customer base, and continued expansion into new markets, the company stands stronger than ever. “We’ve worked with determination for several years, and reaching profitability is a clear sign that we’re on the right path. It gives us extra momentum for the future,” says Claes Ivarsson, CEO of Leasify.

Leasify started in 2015 with a mission to digitize the leasing industry and simplify lease management for businesses. In 2019, the company transitioned to a SaaS model – a shift that is now paying off.

– In the past, we’ve relied on capital from our owners, but this year, we’re financing our own growth. This gives us more independence and the flexibility to invest in the business on our own terms. Having our own funds makes a huge difference compared to raising new capital,  says Claes Ivarsson.

Continued growth and new technology

In 2024, Leasify has continued to strengthen its market position. Beyond Sweden, the company now serves customers in eight countries and is focused on further growth. Expansion is primarily driven by partnerships, which enable the company to establish a presence in new markets without the need for physical offices.

– We see that our model works and that demand exists beyond Sweden. By working with our partners, we can scale efficiently and quickly adapt to new markets. This provides a strong foundation for continued expansion.

At the same time, Leasify is investing in technology development – with AI playing a key role in improving the platform.

– We have implemented more AI solutions and see great potential in using AI to enhance our service. We continuously add new features to make our platform even better for our customers, says Claes Ivarsson.

A strong customer focus

Leasify has also invested in digital marketing to reach more potential customers. By taking a more strategic approach to inbound marketing, the company has increased its visibility and attracted more businesses.

– We’ve improved our digital outreach and built a stronger online presence. This has helped us reach the right businesses at the right time and increase our sales."

Leasify has built a loyal customer base, with the majority of customers choosing to stay over time.

– Our customers see the value in our service. Our solution replaces manual, time-consuming processes and gives them full control over their leasing agreements. Once they take the step to digitize, they immediately see the benefits, says Claes Ivarsson.

Leasify’s future

In March 2025, Leasify took a big step forward, leaving its coworking office to move into its own office at Kungsgatan 10 in Stockholm.

– We outgrew our previous office and felt the need for a space that truly feels like our own. It’s easier to build a strong team spirit and foster a shared culture when we have a permanent base to work from.

Going forward, the focus is on continuing to develop the service and strengthening the customer experience.

– Now, it's about continuing to grow, both in Sweden and internationally, while further developing the platform and ensuring that our customers always receive the best possible solution. We have a clear direction ahead – and we're just at the beginning of our journey, concludes Claes Ivarsson.
